This is an action in equity instituted in the superior court of Cook County by appellees Lillian F. Bowman, Roy W. Felkner
and Robert J. Schuback, the heirs of William L. Felkner, deceased, against Caroline G. Meier Pettersen, appellant, to impress
a trust in favor of appellees upon certain real estate, the legal title to which stood in the names of appellant and deceased
at the time of the latter's death. Issues were formed under the fourth amended complaint filed in the cause and a hearing
was held before a master in chancery.
